We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the durability of our Osprey packs.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Start by emailing our gear specialists at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Return Request Template

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1 business day with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (3718 Beech Street, Concord, CA 94520 USA)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • Completed return form (we’ll email this)
  • All original tags and accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: For exchanges, please specify the replacement item in your return package.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: New item ships within 1-2 business days after return approval

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Special Order Items
