Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1 business day with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. Include:

- All original tags and accessories

Note: For exchanges, please specify the replacement item in your return package.

- Used Hydration Packs & Reservoirs (due to hygiene concerns)
- Customized or Special Order Items
